Maria Beatriz is a Real Estate Advisor of Avanti Way Realty and principal of TIMMER Group. She has over 10 years of experience working in Advertising Agencies, mass media and film production companies. For seven years she was Professor Associate of Advertising and Marketing at IUDLM College in Venezuela, where she was also the PR and Institutional Image Coordinator. In her PR role, she built relationships with important market players and boosted the College’s image and reputation. Maria Beatriz has more than six years of experience as a Real Estate investor in South Florida, where her extensive experience in advertising, marketing and Public Relations has been the cornerstone of our successful achievements and has been an excellent asset for our Clients.

Miguel Vasquez
Business Broker
Miguel is a Broker Associate of Avanti Way Realty and principal of TIMMER Group. Since 2014 he has actively participated in South Florida's Real Estate business in different roles, as investor, consultant, developer, broker. Miguel has over 15 years of experience as a Business Developer in several International firms such as Mitsubishi Corporation, FMC Technip and Techint Group. In his role as a small business owner, Miguel has started-up small restaurants, owned tile retail store and a clinical laboratory consumables distribution company. He has managed engineering firms for civil works and process plants. This gives him a broad acumen and perspective of the Business Entrepreneurship, he understands the complexities of the Real Estate market and will work hard to help both Buyers and Sellers realize their greatest potential.
